In bcm italy server why is it that everybody gets different ping?...someone have 200 ping and someone have 1 or 5 ping..why is it so?

All VIPs can jump double..but not others. A VIP player jumped to terrace from far side but in case of normal players they need to go to app side first to get on to the terrace....this is not fair at all!!!! How many of you agree this??
